Cancellation & Refunds
We hope you do not need to cancel your trip! However, if unforeseen circumstances happen, here is how our Refund Policy will affect you;
- If you cancel within 90 days of your trip start date - no refund will be given
- If you cancel outside 90 days of your trip start date (ie more than 90 days before your trip) - we will refund 50% of your deposit. Alternatively, you can choose to keep 100% of the deposit on file to use towards a future trip!
If over the course of your stay we are not able to provide all the activities outlined in the itinerary there will be a refund issued for the missed activity. The most likely activities to be cancelled are the heli accessed activities and the refund will be equal the the value of the unused flying time.
We do not accept liability where the cause of a failure in your holiday arrangements is due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances or events which neither we, nor our servants, agents or suppliers could have anticipated or avoided even with the exercise of all due care (e.g. wildfires, airline strikes etc).
Tweedsmuir Park Lodge VERY STRONGLY recommends taking out trip cancellation insurance.
