At Tweedsmuir Park Lodge, our food and beverage program is carefully designed to provide nutrient rich meals to energize you to explore the magnificent surroundings of the Bella Coola Valley.
Our team endeavors to source the finest ingredients procured through local farms, regional producers and our Pacific coastline.
To complement meals there is a well stocked wine cellar with a special focus on New World wines from British Columbia's best vineyards, as well selections from Australia, Chile, Argentina, New Zealand, USA and Italy.
The chef will post the featured dinner menu for the day, on the blackboard, after lunch. Due to the small and intimate size of our facility there is just the one set choice. However, care and attention are given to special dietary needs and preferences.
It is important that any guest with allergies, a unique diet, or a simple yearning for something not on the menu, communicate this to the reservations team at the time of booking.
Breakfast includes your choice of locally made jams, jellies and marmalades, seasonal fruit, fresh baked items, juices, coffee, and an amazing hot plate selection which includes fresh farm eggs from our neighbours down the valley.
Healthy lunches are served in the lodge or packed lunches for your convenience.
Dinner is the main meal of the day at the lodge and our chefs go all out to make something special every night. All meals incorporate locally grown, fresh organic produce, and herbs from the kitchen garden add fresh daily accents to each plate served. Seafood is also supplied locally and is caught wild in the waters off Bella Coola.
